Role: Digital Media Field Coach/Trainer
Overview
Media Impact International (MII) is an organization that equips nonprofit entities around the world with the training and tools to use digital media most effectively. The rapid growth in demand for MII’s strategic planning, consulting and provision of creative services to clients has led to an immediate need to add a part-time Digital Media Field Coach/Trainer to our team.
The Digital Media Field Coach/Trainer will design, create and deliver effective training programs that support MII’s in-house initiatives and our partnering organizations’ needs. With this in mind, we are looking for a media professional in the digital space who has the gift of teaching, as this person will train our trainers around the world in leveraging new media and digital tools for ministry. This part-time position is hourly.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Two+ years of relevant digital media, advertising or marketing experience
Proficiency in writing curriculum and/or training plans
Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, public speaking and presentation skills
Experience with social media platforms, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
Strong analytical and project management skills
Highly detailed, with strong organizational skills
Resourceful and proactive self-starter, with innovative curiosity
Reputation as a devoted follower of Christ with a heart for the gospel
Previous experience in ministry and/or nonprofits a plus
Key responsibilities
Establish holistic training programs that meet organizational objectives and align with strategies internally and for clients:
Collaborate with internal MII teams and future trainers in the field to create and teach best practices based on their location and needs
Must have experience in planning, developing and implementing national and international training programs and coaching/consulting assignments
Translate visions into actions and ensure adaptability based on changing marketplace dynamics
Define measurement, learning plans and projected results
Maintain all reporting mechanisms for internal and client needs
Consistently lead internal and external discussions in all training/coaching topics:
Communicate strategies and tactical plans with clarity, including client and project goals, prioritizations and measures of success
Contribute to the continued innovation of MII strategies, processes and best practices
Construct well-researched presentations that are easily understood and deliver required project deliverables:
Stay current on high-level digital marketing trends and capabilities across relevant marketing channels
Maintain flexibility with a wide range of field practices, concepts and procedures
Evaluate digital marketing best practices/tools and develop MII point of view
Project self-confidence, authority and enthusiasm while establishing credibility and rapport with internal teams, consultants and clients:
Positively represent the MII team when meeting with and establishing relationships with trainers and clients
Assume responsibility for yourself:
Maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity and quality across all projects
Ensure accuracy of project deliverables for internal teams and clients
Positively represent the MII team when meeting with and establishing relationships with clients

Timeline for Hire: Immediate
Specifications: Part-time position for a digital media professional, entrepreneur and consultant requiring anywhere from 20 to 50+ hours a month (depending on the project) for paid assignments.
